For our website, once you select a few bikinis or accessories that total over $35 (since that is AfterPay’s minimum to offer the feature), just go to your cart and there will be an option to select AfterPay as a payment method. When you select it, it’s going to prompt you to create an account with AfterPay.

Once you return to Born of the Water to complete your transaction, you’ll pay 25% of your purchase total at checkout, and BOOM, your swimsuit order will be fulfilled with zero wait time while you pay off the rest of your purchase over two months! We’re pretty sure this is the best thing since sliced bread.

The timeline goes a little something like this: you pay 25% of your purchase at checkout, then another 25% two weeks from the purchase date, then another 25% two weeks from that date, and your final payment will be 25% two weeks from that date (for a total pay period of 8 weeks). And this system is INTEREST FREE, as long as you pay on time.

Why We Offer It

At Born of the Water, we realized a majority of our clients now are local. In Hawaii, we totally get that expendable income is minimal since the cost of living in paradise is pretty high.
